About us and you

Our small, dynamic agency for event consulting, athlete management and financial services in sport is looking for a driven personality who enjoys taking on responsibility. The role centres on handling accounting mandates independently — for our own company and for our clients, including the Tour de Suisse. You roll up your sleeves, think ahead and run your mandates from A to Z on your own.

Beyond that, you contribute to related areas where needed — above all controlling and financial planning, and occasionally areas outside finance such as social media or partner acquisition and support.

Your responsibilities

• Independent accounting for our own company and our clients:
  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Expense processing
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Preparing payment runs
  • VAT returns, revenue reconciliation
  • Reconciliations (e.g. AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG)
  • Balance sheet adjustments
  • Closing work
• Payroll administration
• Contract handling
• Taking on administrative tasks within the company
• Over time, involvement in controlling and financial planning
• Using and further developing AI agents in finance, process automation
• Taking on tasks in social media and in partner acquisition and support

What you bring

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting/fiduciary services, Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting (eidg. Fachausweis) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, including payroll
• An affinity for IT, including confident use of AI agents
• An independent, responsible personality with a structured approach
• A strong sense of ownership and enjoyment of handling mandates independently
• Entrepreneurial, joined-up thinking
• A conscientious way of working with a good balance of efficiency and accuracy
• Very good German and English
